제품 설명

회고록™VSD (Ventricular Septal Defect) Ocluder는 자체 확장 이중 디스크 니티 놀 메쉬 폐색 장치입니다. 2 개의 디스크는 결함 크기에 해당하는 짧은 허리로 연결됩니다. 폴리에스테르 직물은 폐색을 고정하기 위해 각 디스크에 단단히 고정됩니다. 장치는 X 선 아래에서 볼 수 있습니다.

For muscular' ventricular septal defect:

MemopartTM 근육 VSD 폐색은 다음과 같은 의학적 징후에 표시됩니다.

1. 폐쇄를 보장하는 상당한 크기의 복잡한 심실 중격 결함 (VSD) 이있는 환자 (큰 부피 좌우 션트, 폐 고혈압 및/또는 울혈 성 심부전의 임상 증상).

2. 환자는 해부학적 상태에 기초하여 및/또는 전반적인 의학적 상태에 기초하여 표준 트랜스심방 또는 경동맥 수술 폐쇄에 대한 위험이 높은 것으로 간주된다. 트랜스 심방 또는 경동맥 수술 폐쇄에 대한 고위험 해부학 적 요인은 다음과 같습니다.

• 좌심실 절제술 또는 광범위한 우심실 절제술이 필요합니다.

• 실패한 이전 VSD 폐쇄.

• 여러 정점 및/또는 전방 근육 VSDs ("스위스 치즈 격막").

• Trabeculae로 덮인 후방 정점 VSD를 사용합니다.
